My pvr-350 tv-out gives as beautiful and wickedly good a signal as 
everyone says.  Only problem is that the frame rate on it is impossibly 
slow!  Does anyone have or know where I can find some tips on optimising 
this thing's performance?  I'd love to use it, but if it can't keep up 
with live TV, I'll have to suffer through with my geforce4 tv-out.
