Thanks, but some chaanels fiddle like transmitting the news at 16:8
I;ve never seen a setting but my surface pro full screen showed a window, black bars on top and bottom and a perfect picture between
Same channel on another display shows video fullscreen (slightly tall)
in a 1080 gui on a 4K screen the gui window is full (and streached)

Some channels transmit widescreen in a 1080 window. That shows correctly.

So Im looking for a setting that says display correct aspect. I have one! I can post pictures!
