There wont be a Ubuntu packaged version available from the PPA of
fixes/34 for plucky or later simply because of the missing required
dependency. The way the build recipes and scripts are set up you can't
easily choose to just build MythTV core without the plugins for just a
few selected Ubuntu versions.
You would either have to build your own packages or compile from source.
I think if I remember correctly you need to pass --disable-qtwebkit to
configure, it may get disabled automatically if the required library is
missing?
I should point out the reason for these problems are because Qt
depreciated and later removed support for webkit and replaced it with
webengine. Current MythTV does now support webengine and doesn't require
webkit.
