I've setup a new backed using opensuse, built from src, using the 
traditional configure/make/make install. Cmake failed with emphasis!

Everything works as expected, I restore a backup, no problems.

Watch live TV flickers the page and does no more.

S tart channels are set  to a valid "1"

I have never encountered the problem before. Logging is set to normal, 
nothing is logged.

Can anyone suggest where to start looking
