OK great, that has restored my DB perfectly and I can see my old 
recordings via the FE.
Not able to watch live TV yet though, not sure why - it just pauses a 
moment and then returns to thew menu when selected.
Visiting http://127.0.0.1:6544/dashboard/status shows

    Last mythfilldatabase run started on 1/3/2022 5:51PM and ended on
    1/3/2022 5:51PM , Successful.
    Suggested next mythfilldatabase run .
    There's guide data until (0 days).

Is it safe to run 'mythfilldatabase' at this point?
