[mythtv-users] Fedora 39 prebuilt rpms for mythtv 34.0

I have them for f39 at https://scrpms.net/pub/RPMS/f39/x86_64/

they are build in atrpms style with libraries split out

the system is an automatic build process so a build gets kicked with a 
new version after 3 commits or 7 days after 1 commit. There is currently 
an issue with the metadata python files, I'm looking at that now.
