Web App is served by the backend itself. Apache etc. aren't in play here.


I'd look here for starters:


Web App MythTV Setup
    General Backend Settings
        Host Address Backend Setup
            Allow Connections from all Subnets


But you'll see the comment that it isn't recommended.
