[mythtv-users] mylink is creating links to deleted files (V0.28)

When did you run mythlink.pl?  If it was shortly after you did the
deletes, those recordings would still have been in the database in the
Deleted group.  I took a look at the mythlink.pl code and it does not
seem to check if the recording is in the Deleted group - I think that
should be added.

I do not write Perl, but I think you could just copy this code:

    # Skip LiveTV recordings?
        next unless (defined($live) || $show->{'recgroup'} ne
'LiveTV');

and change it to look for the Deleted group.  So add these two lines
just after the above ones:

    # Skip Deleted recordings
        next unless ($show->{'recgroup'} ne 'Deleted');

Also, you do not see the Deleted group unless you change specifically
to that group (it does not show in the All Programmes list).  To see
if you have a Deleted group, in the recordings list on the left
column, do M(emu) > Change Group Filter and you should see it in that
list.
