[mythtv-users] New encoder in use by UK DVB-T ITV1 ?

I don't record much from this channel, but two recordings from yesterday 
show mpeg2 Groups of Pictures (GOPs) with more frames than expected. 
This has been normal on the 'local' mux but I haven't seen it on 
mainstream before.  Master and v32 are both patched for it, but it 
upsets my usual Project-X-based cutting script.  I'll poke around a bit 
more.  Maybe PaulH's query about AV sync a few days ago was related?
