[mythtv-users] Delaying until HDHR tuners are up before starting mythtv-backend

BTW, using the "hdhomerun_config 1074c841 get /tuner0/status"
instead of the "hdhomerun_config discover" worked.

Looping on that command seemed to exit with the tuner in a state that
mythbackend liked.
