[mythtv-users] (Almost) lossless transcode in 2023

If I remember correctly, when I was using 27-fixes it had a built-in
(almost) lossless transcode.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't see that in 33. Just looking for
something that will work with the cutlist to remove the commercials
without compressing it too much or at all so I can move it to
Jellyfin.. I searched and found some old references to user jobs with,
I think, FIFO commands but just wondered what people were doing in
2023.
