Most web browsers have a key combination to force a complete refresh of 
the page by ignoring any browser cache and re-fetch everything. Most 
seem to use Ctrl+F5 to do that. Did you try that? Of cause that will 
only bypass an cache on the client (browser) side there may be other 
caches on the server (mythbackend) side that may also need to be updated.
