[mythtv-users] PHP script for HTTP Live streaming support

Hi all,

I wrote a PHP script for HTTP Live streaming support.

Here are the features:

- Support for HTTP based streaming (serving) of HDHomeRun, MythTV and MythVideo content.
- Support for device independent viewing: web browser—mobile, desktop, tablet, etc.
- Support for less reliable networks (e.g. cell phone browser).
- Support for live tv, live recording, video and recorded content.
- Support for offline viewing.
- Support for MythTV cutlist (commercial cut) created using Mythfrontend.

If anybody has any questions or is interested in helping out, feel free to
file issues on the github page or I will monitor this thread for comments
or questions.
