Sort of 2 answers.  To edit the channels displayed in the guide, you use
the mythtv-setup Edit Channel setup.
To edit what tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite downloads you need to  run as user
"mythtv":

tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite --manage-lineups --config-file
$HOME/.mythtv/SD.xmltv

I think you want option 6, then option 5 to edit the channels it collects
guide data for.
