[mythtv-users] Some fixes to leanfront commercial skip

I have posted a new build which fixes some problems with leanfront 
commercial skip:

- You can now do commercial skip on a recording that has no seek table.

- Fixed a problem with "notify" when skipping forward in the program 
using right arrow. The notify menu would pop up and interfere with the 
forward skipping.
