[mythtv-users] only some HDHomerun tuners?

In addition, when you temporarily don't want MythTV to use a tuner,
you don't need to delete it.  Simply set the scheduling order and live
TV order, if you use live TV, to 0.  Set them back to your preferred
value when you want MythTV to use them again.
