In my case Leanfront is not the problem. I just used it to prove that the
recorded file was okay and not the source of my problem. The problem is
mythfrontend on the PC running the FE/BE mythtv combo built from Master. My
production backend is on V32 and I never had any issues like this on either
Android clients like Leanfront or mythfrontend or PC clients like
mythfrontend or Kodi.
So the problem I see with the freeze is not affecting my normal TV viewing,
just a test system. I can always revert back to V32 on the test system if I
need to but not a requirement at this point. I guess the problem could be
OS related, but usually EOS/Archlinux has better Video and not worse. If
V32 on EOS also has this problem, then I could test the default Ubuntu
22.04 on both v32 and Master to narrow it down. (I hate to do that because
I hate snap)
