As previously discussed, MythTV, using a 3rd party
external recorder and the SiliconDust ATSC 3.0
tuner, "likely" can successfully record those streams
(the likely part is because the entire process as
sent to the lists has never, TTBOMK, actually been
tested in battle, and we all know theory and practice
are never exactly the same).

Playback is the issue.  IFF (and that is an IF
and only IF) the Sony TV exports the required
codecs to the Android TV framework it is
possible that leanfront can play such recordings
back.

Note that if it does not all just work (which has
a fair likelihood), one may find no way to move
forward at this stage unless one is capable of
development, debugging, and building.
