I do not believe this is your problem, but when I switched a machine from
Intel to AMD one of my tuners stopped working reliably and I had to add:
"options cx23885 dma_reset_workaround=2"
to a conf file in /etc/modprobe.d
Note that a reboot was required after that change to see the benefit.
