[mythtv-users] Video navigate chapter menu empty

I think I've encountered a regression in fixes/32, ubuntu 22.04. When 
playing a video ripped from a DVD that has chapter marks, the Navigate 
-> Chapter menu is empty. I can jump forward and backward at chapter 
mark points using the Up/Down keys, it's just the Navigate -> Chapter 
menu is empty. The menu is not empty on fixes/29, ubuntu 18.04. Should I 
file an issue on github?
