[mythtv-users] transcode submenu doesn't appear after upgrade to 0.32

I upgraded my system to Fedora 36, which resulted in Mythtv being
upgraded from 0.31 to 0.32.

Before this, I would mark commercials in a program, select, "job
optIons", "begin transcoding", and "Default".

Now that third menu (which contains "Default") no longer appears, and
mythtv doesn't transcode the show.

Is there some hidden setting I need to change to enable this feature?
