[mythtv-users] Signal strength now reporting 50% instead of 100%

The problem I see with this new change in dvbv5 is the screen display still
says "%" after the number.  There is no way this makes sense to me compared
to other tuners. Now that I know I can follow it. but in a system with a
HDHomeRun tuner and a DVB tuner on the same antenna the concept of one
tuner at 100% and another at 50% is confusing.
