As far as I know there is no mythtv app for Apple TV. I think what you are referring to is TORC, and was abandoned a few years ago. If you are wanting an App, the closest thing is a MrMC, and it is just a repackaging of KODI. Once in a while I use it on my ATV, though it is limited in the same way as KODI is. 

Oh.. there is another possibility to use, but it has even less functionality, and that is a generic media player that uses UPNP DLNA , but is a very weird interface to Mythtv and loses lots of capabilities.
