For rpmfusion, you can open a bug in the rpmfusion
bugzilla instance which should get directed to the
appropriate (co)maintainers(*)(**).  And then it depends
on the maintainers available resources.

(*).Not all maintainers may subscribe to the
rpmfusion-users email list, and even those
that do might easily miss a request.

(**) At least in theory every package has the
proper annotation so that bugs associated
with the package gets properly directed.
