Bill,

For what it's worth, I found out that the package python3-oauth2 doesn't
exist in Debian testing (bookworm). So neither Ansible or non-ansible
methods work for Debian testing.  Since Ubuntu LTS is based on a snapshot
of Debian testing and regular Ubuntu is based on Debian unstable, I don't
know what this means for that package moving forward.
