So it turns out that a number of packages that python-requests-cache
depends on had some dependency issues. I got some help on the AUR for
python-exceptiongroup that gave me patches to fix both
python-exceptiongroup and python-flit-scm.

So no more errors on metadata lookup or:

$ /usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Television/ttvdb4.py -t
Everything appears in order.
