[mythtv-users] Metadata Lookup error

I have a MythTV backend running on an EndeavourOS (Archlinux).  The
mediadata lookup is failing with error 128.

I've also notice that I get errors when testing ttvdb4

[jim at den-pc ~]$ /usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Television/ttvdb4.py -t
Failed to import python-requests or python-request-cache library.

I do have python-requests-cache installed and I think it was updated
recently.

Any idea on how to diagnose this further?
