To get all channels at the new positions the procedure is:
- in mythtv-setup go to the Channel Editor
- select the Video Source used for Freeview
- delete all channels
- select "Full Scan" with the correct country selected (see
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Channel_Scanning#Full_Scan)
- do the scan
