[mythtv-users] Myth Video Does Not Show File

I often transcode a recording to cut commercials and copy it to a video 
directory for archiving.  I name the files 
<program-title>_SnnEnn_<episode-title>.mpg.  Then from the front end, I 
select Videos, 'M' -> Scan For Content, and the new file shows up in the 
Videos section.  I then use the 'I' menu to fetch meta data for it.

This works fine until just recently.  I have one file that will not show 
up in Myth Video at all.  I have tried renaming it, deleting it, 
rescanning, putting it back, rescanning, but to no avail.  Anyone know 
how to fix this one file?

I am using mythtv version 0.28-fixes.
