You are using an old version of v31+fixes there - "20200323".  The
current version is v31.0+fixes.202201182122.23738a7074~ubuntu20.04.1
(2022 as opposed to 2020).  Have you installed the Mythbuntu
repository that the "+fixes" versions come from?  Your version is old
enough for it to be the one that comes from the main Ubuntu
repositories.  They seem to pick up the current "+fixes" version
whenever they do a point release, so the have the "+fixes" bit in the
version name, but do not actually get updated again until the next
point release.
