 On the hotfix channel, the hotfix is not google certified so some apps
may not be available. that's the downside. the other is that early
attempts may present more problems and  you have to wait for the next
hotfix and you can't go off the hotfix channel.

For me I had many issues. Both mythfrontend and leanfront looked bad.
My hdr was not being activated on most files as before. The permissions
issue was causing several apps to fail, among them file explorers. i
did a rollback and flashed their recovery image back to 8.23 and its
great again.
