On my FireTV 4K I can select the resolution and frame rate after I take it
out of auto. I have to do that because auto frame rate matching does not
work for Hulu and sometimes Netflix. I just select 50 hz when watching
something filmed in the UK.  So I'm always fiddling with those settings.
