Can you be clearer - which page(s), what sort of “pagination” ?
The only thing I can think of that fits your description would be the recordings page - where you can choose to show all recordings or all those for a specific title using the pull down menu. If it is then I know of two situations when it will revert to “all recordings” :

1) You clear cookies, after which the Recordings link will show you all recordings.
2) You delete the last recording for a title. There’s now no recordings to show for that title and it reverts to showing all.
