Hmm.  The 076bc592 build shows blocking in the iris in frames 2-8 of my 
clip. mythffmpeg -version 4.4.1

Today's master 09c2c77a8f shows no blocking there, and I haven't noticed 
it elsewhere.
mythffmpeg -version 4.3.2

Both have the sharp-on-pause, blurred-in-edit effect.

Both boxes updated F34, kernel 5.15.4-101.fc34 x86_64
Playback data shows H.264 vdpau, VDPAU Advanced
