As I recall, the last build in RPMFusion with
the latest MythTV fixes was back in April,
with later RPMFusion builds of the package
being primarily due to rebuilds for upstream
dependency updates (and not newer MythTV
fixes).

As I also recall, most of the (backported)
fixes in fixes/31 since April were for (at
the time) less common use cases (until
the F35 release and its inclusion of
python 3.10, of course).

You probably should open an issue in the
RPMFusion bugzilla so that the maintainers
get appropriately notified (I think the primary,
although not the only, maintainer recently
changed for MythTV in RPMFusion, so
the bugzilla issue should get it properly routed).
