[mythtv-users] mythweb error

I just installed a new v31 mythtv on top of kubuntu 21.10. Works fine, but
when I tried going to localhost, there was nothing there. I remembered I
had not installed mythplugins.

So I did sudo apt install mythplugins and that installed all the plugins.
Now when I go to either localhost/mythweb or from another computer I go to
192.168.0.170/mythweb, I get this error:

*Fatal error*: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "ASSERT_QUIET_EVAL" in
/usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/errors.php:50 Stack trace: #0
/usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/init.php(21): require_once() #1
/usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/mythweb.php(20): require_once('...') #2 {main}
thrown in */usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/errors.php* on line *50*

Did I miss something?
