I posted confirming that my rpm for F34 had the 32.Pre.16 tag at 19:56 
GMT/UTC.  Then I built for el7 and noticed that I was getting 32.Pre.17. 
  That had finished by 20:20.  It's called progress.....  most of the 
time.  And, as glen commented, in this case an editor would have been 
quicker.
