The failure just happened while I was watching another recording. I tried
to launch the channel from program guide, and it couldn't get a lock. So I
think maybe  MythTV is working as it should and it's a HDHR or antenna
positioning problem.  I will double check the max recordings.

Just to be surr, I have two instances of the capture card, and two input
connections, one named HDHR1 and the other HDHR2, both pointing at the same
video source.  This is correct, yes?
