it seems like you have installed MythTV from pristine Ubuntu 20.04 packages
Have you installed the corresponding MythTV ppa? See
https://launchpad.net/~mythbuntu/+archive/ubuntu/31
for installation instructions.

If my assumption is correct, please try installing that ppa.
