I tried several things. First, I'm using Xubuntu 20.04. And I install just
mythtv-frontend
I tried just to sudo apt -fix-broken install and still got the error. Next
I tried to apt remove --purge mythtv-dbg and reinstall. Same error,
Next I removed mythtv --purge and then apt install mythtv-frontend
