First thanks to the huge efforts by John we have 31 frontend running on catelina and one for high sierra.

on my old iMac 27 (High Sierra) the 10 SDK version just works.

I see a post mentioning opengl-rgba but I do no have such on my app.
Non the less I have a normal full screen display on a mac book retina display running catelina. Just fiddle. AIR I used explicit gui size of 2500x1440 with seperate gui and video of suitable sizes. 
I cannot get full size display on the High Sierra version on catelina-retina.
Also macbook display is not 16:9 so full screen distorts.

During my trying I got a myth picture off the bottom and was stuck. I hacked the db
delete from settings where hostname='your.machine';
If you don't understand that you prodly ought not doit, but for the brave 
$ mysql -umythtv -pmythtv mythconverg

I see Bill's comments as of Friday, but they don't mention High Sierra. Did you build with the version of build script that you used for catelina ?
