I previously posted that newer version of the PCTV 461e Satellite TV 
receiver dvb-s2 usb stick does not work.

The latest set of Hauppauge drivers has fixed this

tested using freesat in the UK on Ubuntu 19.10 kernel 5.3

Still got to sort out device numbering but looking promising
