I am not sure what that error means, but it is happening on the first
line of actual Python code, so it is going to be something pretty
basic.  I checked my web server log files, and there are lots of
downloads of the gaps and sleepuntil files there, so the URLs must be
OK.  Please try again downloading using wget to make sure your gaps
file is in the correct format (a UTF-8 no signature file with Unix
line endings).
