Jim,

That message is a bit miss-leading in that it refers to the --info part 
(the mythtv xmltv wiki mentions it) , the grabber still works.

As far as I can determine installing perl-doc just allows the --info to 
give a properly formatted display (using pod), rather than just showing 
the whole script if perl-doc is not installed.

I have updated the wiki to include perl-doc in the sudo apt install line.
