[mythtv-users] Transcode not working

I don't usually transcode recordings, but recently I've wanted to manually
transcode some that I plan to copy to a flash drive. But when I go to the
menu for a given recording and select transcode from job options, nothing
happens. Do I need to do some additional config on the back end?
