[mythtv-users] Setup capture card missing options for HDHR

Trying to set up a HDHR-Connect Duo on newly installed MythTV 31.  The wiki
says <https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Silicondust_HDHomeRun_Dual#MythTV_Setup>
to select HDHomeRun DTV tuner box.  There is no such option.  I select
HDHomeRun Networked Tuner.  Stepping in to that, there is no place to enter
a device ID or IP address.  Only "Recording Options."  Are there more
up-to-date instructions for this?
