Just a few questions before I screw up.

1.  To use this new v31 preview on my Shield TV or Fire TV 4K I need to 
upgrade my backend to V31-pre?

2.  Once the backend is updated all my Shields and Fire TVs need to be 
running this new version?

3.  my current apt sources statement for mythtv is:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/30/ubuntu bionic main

Do I simply change the 30 to 31 to make this backend upgrade???
