Hi Greg,

I suggest to upgrade to the current master version (pre-31) of MythTV.
You also need to upgrade your Ubuntu to at least 18.04 for this.
How to do the channel scanning for version 31 is described in the
MythTV Wiki, page https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Channel_Scanning.
Previous versions of MythTV cannot configure the delivery system
(DVB-T2 or DVB-C etc) of cards that do support multiple delivery
systems.
