[mythtv-users] DVB-S2 IP tuner

oh, for the sake of the subject, after a further research, seems theres no officially supported DVB-S2 IP tuner in the linuxtv/v4l2 framework. Seems more likely thats down to lack of hw available than a software one (closest i found was TBS's MOI, but thats no really aimed at the home user).
best solution i found was using something like mumuDVB to receive via a PCIe card and multicast it to the network but didnt seem to be useable in a mythtv/pvr environment as there was no obvious way to tell it to switch channels.

PCIe or USB tuners only for S2. maybe next house will allow a stable dvb-t2 signal and can use hdhomerun.
