[mythtv-users] Only one of two IR receivers are configured during boot

I don't use lirc anymore, only ir-keytable. I removed lirc when I was
on Debian Stretch and MythTV 29 so that has for sure been working.

Yes, I guess the main problem is that the driver is not loaded and
that is what I have to solve before anything else.

As I mentioned above, I do not use lirc anymore.
